Essential oil is not included however, this pendant comes with 3 different pads that you can interchange to match your outfit or mood. To add different essential oil scents to the pads, just wash them in warm soapy water and leave them to dry before applying a new scent. Pad colours received may not be the colours shown in the photos. The 3 pads will be selected at random. The diffuser pads are held securely inside the pendant with a tight magnetic lock.
